Ex-country Head of Tellabs, MD & CEO of Lucent India, MD of British Telecom, C.S. Rao is also the advisor to various state governments.  He is the President of Aschom(Telecom) and one of the pioneers in the Telecom and Information Technology.

KVS Chalapathi Rao, Managing Director & CEO
Prior to joining Bay Datacom was the MD & CEO of Goldstone Technologies limited. During the stint in Goldstone, acquired couple of companies in the USA and increased the client base across geographies and was responsible for the turn around of the company. Led the e-governance project initiative for GoAP for Department of Cooperative, a micro banking solution.

Srinivas Rupakula, Executive Director
An ex-pat entrepreneur returned from USA after a stint of 14 years.  Srinivas holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania.  He founded SoftLane, a technology consulting company in 1997.  SoftLane provides Business Intelligence and Datawarehousing solutions for Fortune 500 companies in US.

G.P.Rao(IAS) – Advisor
Retired as secretary from the Government of India. Being in the IAS, he had the opportunity of working in different departments and is known for his efficiency and highly respected in his fraternity. His experience would help the company in taking the right direction along with putting the systems and processes in place. He is associated with Bay Datacom on an advisory level.
